You will see the following warnings on toys not suitable for children under 3 years. To help you better understand what these warnings mean we have provided the usage and definitions for each.

This label is used for any product intended for use by children who are at

least 3 years of age but less then 6 years of age that includes small parts.

This label is used for any products intended for children who are at

least 3 years of age but less then 8 years that contains a small ball.

This label is used for any small ball intended for children 3 years or older.

This label is used for any products intended for children who are

at least 3 years of age but less then 8 years that contains a marble.

This label is used for any marble intended for children 3 years or older.

This label is used for any latex balloon or any products that contains a latex balloon.
